Thousands gathered in Rome to say a heartfelt goodbye to Pope Francis, who passed away at 88. From kings to regular folks, the world united to honour him.

In England, strong folk raced with sacks of coal to celebrate history, while underwater turbines showed off the future by making clean energy from the ocean’s tides.

In America, a cheeky bear slid down a backyard slippery dip, while naughty woodpeckers poked holes in cars! Plus, a surfing sausage dog ruled the waves.
