A big study in Australia says we’re eating too much junk food and not enough fruit and veggies! If this keeps up, by 2030, things will be even worse. Experts say we should eat at least two fruits and five veggies a day.

A scary social media video shows a giant wave crashing into a city—but guess what? It’s totally fake! AI-made pictures can look real, but if you check closely (like Squiz-E the Newshound did!), you’ll see weird clues like messed-up text and strange-looking people.

After spending nine months in space, two NASA astronauts splashed down safely—greeted by dolphins! But after so long in zero gravity, they’re feeling the “space jelly legs.” Now, it’s time for rehab, fresh air, and dog cuddles.

Meet Rum’un, Tasmania’s new AFL mascot! Designed with the help of school kids, this furry rascal is made from recycled school uniforms and might even leave “custom poos” for rival teams. (Gross, but creative!)
