Squiz the World goes to… Chile

Each fortnight, we give the world globe a spin and see where we land, then we take the kids of Australia on an audio excursion to visit that country and its people.

Join your captain, Christie Kijurina, on the Squiz Kids Super Fast Supersonic Jetliner as we lift off for Chile…  a country stretched like a ribbon down the edge of South America, where deserts are so dry they look like Mars, mountains tower into the clouds, and icy winds whip across the wilds of Patagonia.

From Rapa Nui’s mysterious moai statues, to flamingos tiptoeing through pink desert lagoons, to festivals bursting with colour, dance and music, Chile is a land of extremes and endless surprises. And yes… the empanadas are out of this world.

There’s so much to explore — so buckle up and get ready to Squiz the World: Chile.
