Jam Drops
Who doesn’t love jam drop? Whether for an afternoon snack or a lunchbox treat – jam drops are super easy to make and totally delicious to scoff. I had some friends coming over for a playdate – and I knew after a session on the neighbouring netball courts, we were going to need a little hit of afternoon tea. And hey presto – Project Jam Drop was launched.
I used a recipe I found on taste.com.au – which turned out pretty well. Which is to say: all that was left at the end of the playdate were a bunch of crumbs. Which I’d say is a sign of success.
Enjoy!
Rosie’s Tip of the Day
Instead of using your finger, use the floured end of a wooden spoon to make a nice deep indent so that the jam doesn’t spill out too much when it melts.
